elly = all damage.

damage soaking for old armors = only dmg over 200 lp, reduced like the chaotic shields, meaning it ignores the initial 200lp then reduces any above that.

hit = 300.
(300 - 200) - soaking percentage) +200 = damage dealt.
hit < or = 200 = treated as normal.
^is how the shields work if i've heard right.
