Any suggestions on cutting fifteen pounds before the 22nd? Trying to fit into the 115 weight class as soon as possible

Exercise/Eat better.
No miracle cure.
Go to a sauna and wear a sweat suit and sweat shirts stay in it for an hour . You will lose about 10lbs of water weight instead of losing muscle.
annnnd then die of dehydration.
Good idea.
The best way to burn fat is light exercise for long periods of time e.g. walking for 45 mins of course If your in shape I recommend running for at least an hour.
