Anyone know a download link to an offline version of minecraft classic?

As far as I know, the Alpha version is not free. Not sure about an offline version of classic.
I'm sure someone has ripped classic by now.
I know but try as I might I can't find it
classic...go to minecraft.net and click classic mode, not classic multiplayer. its quite boring, oh and there arnt any alphas that r free because well...you need an account to be activated?
i just made an alpha server, i don't have an account but i can go on it?
@ Brix I can play it classic online, I want to be able to play it offline though.
