Work on your presentation, sound quality and never play music over it, ever.
Keep the talking clear and continuous.
Whats with the music part? and i was shy.
Just don't play music, it's annoying and put me off.
Also you'll have to practice at not being shy. People will rather watch a confident person that's enjoying themselves. Get some ideas going.
