I've started playing RS agian since 3 days ago. =P Can somebody tell me what this armour is, I saw lots of guys in it in Camelot bank, running out and banking.

It looks like some default clothes. If you go to Thesslia (Spelling?) in Varrock, there are loads of new clothes you can choose from.
