Question: My friend got medal of honor early, it is supposed to be released on the 12th; and he wants to play it on my Xbox, will i get banned for playing it 3 days early??

If he bought it from a store legitimately then there won't be a problem. I'm sure if a shop has been found to sell games early Microsoft takes action against them, and not the players.
