you no longer need rune axes for dungeon, and to add on to the place holder tip...instead of place holders just bring 3 total sharks... eat them as you get charms. and if your like me blue charms...
will come after you use up your first prayer pot. so there is your 4th holder. why soul runes? and bring blood burst/barrage spells incase you need healing. btw bursting is more efficient
I'd definitely get a tome of frost (I will before my bursting even though i have enough $) If you do, when you go for a chaotic weapon you'll get it at 85 dungeoneering, so you get frost drags as well
