if you don't want to lagg, buy a desktop computer with a good graphics card.
It has an integrated graphics card, HD will definitely lag. Like Posiedien said, go for a desktop with a dedicated graphics card.
how about sd in fullscreen?
If you want HD with no lag, go with a desktop. Laptops don't have their own graphics card most of the time so it has to use the CPU to render everything, which will cause lag.
