Found out what was the problem with my netbook, my SSD was full somehow after I deleted over 1 gig of files. Now I have to think of a decently sized file to delete using the recovery console :/

deleted C:\WINDOWS\.jagex_cache_32\runescape\main_file_cache.dat2 thanks for saving me from reformatting jagex =P (found a random 1 gig file in my c drive was named random letters and numbers)
I'm glad things are better now
