I completed Gunnar's Ground. Was a nice quest but I can't compare it to Romeo & Juliet as I did that quest 5 years ago.

I haven't even been on RS since the update. lol.
The quest sounds like something as an attempt to get their content team to do something, without adding too much to the game.

It's not much, but it's still nice. Still shouldn't be a replacement for Romeo & Juliet though.
