Gets stuck at the windows welcome screen.
(when I go into safe mode or any other mode I blue screen)

YOU NEED MORE VESPENE GASS
Any suggestions on how to fix this? (Its on a netbook so I do not have a CD drive but I can boot off of a USB stick)
