Throw some benching in there, and maybe some more sprints. Try to bench certain body percents to.
My 4 quarter drills are sprints.
And I forgot about benching thanks.
throw some bleacher running in, it helps alot
Drop the jumping jacks, those don't do jack. Add in Pull ups instead they are a great total fitness exercise. Also don't place too much emphasis on the bench either. Its a fairly useless exercise.
