Question, using a linksys router and my internet says its connected but its stuck on aquiring network address O_o Help? (windows xp)

My phone has that.
OBTAINING IP ADDRESS: And stays at that screen. All I do is restart it, and it happens very often, at least twice a day. Computers are fine with it though, what I get for buying.

No, its just stuck at aquiring network address, meanwhile im connected and signal strength is 100%
restart the router and if the problem still persists try Ipconfig /release then Ipconfig /renew
