He was doing emotes which looked funny, though he IS abusing a bug.

It's not reportable if he is misusing the game as so.. bugging to get more $$ ect ect. SO it's un-reportable. ;)
It's a bug, which he's intentionally using, how is that not reportable?
From that screenshot theres no proof they're doing it intentionally. Theres a glitch with female chars wearing fighter hats + skill capes atm causing head movements to be amplified, even idle
animations are being amplified causing the head to come off the chars body, I hardly think it's fair to go round reporting every female wearing a fighter hat + skill cape because of a small graphical
You're right, it's not fair to report everyone who's doing it.
But this Guy was and still is intentionally doing it. If you want to see him go to Edgy w48. He's been there for 4 days showing off.
