holy crap dude nice!! and yes they are. even basilisk heads are extremely rare (lil under visage)

Nope, they are a lot more common.
I've had ~30 KBD heads and no visage (got two a trip sometimes)

Edit: The drop rate for KBD heads is ~1/100
