although the lag seems to decrease the longer you play, its as if it has to download a bunch of files at first for the textures then it needs less and less.
Restart your computer. I was lagging all morning, then I thought I should maybe restart my computer. I am now playing on full screen with all the settings set to the greatest. No problems whatsoever.
