All the god capes have the same bonuses
It's the books that give different bonuses, I'm pretty sure the capes have always been the same
The Capes are same stats, your good. You just need same cape as Staff if your uses their specific spell. This would make you hit a max of 30 damage.
@ollybest he probably using bunyip or whatever.
