Well, I finally beat the nomad. Got 76 pray off of it, and a pretty new cape. It's blue. :p

Range him with ruby (e) bolts until he's 1/4 hp the second time, hiding behind a pillar to brew/rest, then as soon as I ran out of brews in my tort, spam kyatt scrolls.
I took a charged archer's helm with kyatt scrolls, black d'hide, normal range gear, a kyatt pouch, and ~250 kyatt scrolls, 12 rests, and an inv/tort of brews (32 total)
Normal range gear would be archer's ring, crossbow, ava's, d boots, barrows gloves.
