My Guild Wars reset password doesnt work:(

I got nightfall & factions, then stopped playing the next day once i realized the maximum level was 20. (After getting level 13 in one day and to 18 the next).

You know the 3 slots? I had all 3 of them level 20 with about 450k on some but my main one Necromancer/monk had like 600k! :l
