I don't understand, how does he getting a new computer effect your bandwidth? Unless... Is he downloading every movie ever made by man all at once, while watching youtube videos too?
Our routers don't deal well with multiple computers. They seem to pick one computer that they want to focus on and then only really devote themselves to that one
