alright guys i need help, i have a pro ass PC with w7 and 6gb of ram and a GREAT graphics card, but when i play online games like CoD i have to play on like minimal quality for some reason without lag

Do you have exact specs besides "GREAT graphics card"? Run virus/malware scans if your CPU usage is running high.
