If you push the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard then go to Paint and paste it. You will get a nice quality picture. You should do this when you get 99 to get a nice picture. Make sure it works.
He's on a Mac. The key combo for a screen shot on a Mac is Shift + Command + 3 for a full screen shot. This saves it to your desktop. Use 4 if you want to only select a certain part of the screen.
