its not like internet lag, it almost looks like system lag, cuz as soon as i switch to fixed screen mode, it goes away but if i switch to rezizable it still laggs for like idk 3mins?

Update java. If that doesn't work, uninstall it completely and then re-install.

Does Directx mode work? Also try clearing your Java cache. That can be done from the Java control panel item.
