hey guys, ive got a question, i play runescape on HD OpenGL and ive got windows 7,its got 6gb of ram, x4 620 2.60 ghz processor but for some reason runescape will work all fine, then it does major lag

Do you have a dedicated graphics card? (honestly with a system like that, I'd be really surprised if you didn't...)
Also, try a different HD setting. DirectX or something.
