if ur talking about an app for an itouch/phone like twitter has.. nope. shane wont create one for us for runewire -.-

There isn't any great desire to create an app, though it could be interesting.

At any rate. For iPod / iPhone / Maxipad, open Safari, Open RuneWire, create a shortcut to the home screen. Boom. App.

As for any other app for other operating systems, pretty much the same thing. Go to Chrome, create an Application shortcut. Or use a browser tab / bookmark. No need for anything else.
