Just some speculation but the mind, body and soul fit together perfectly, could the soul altar be hiding in the elemental workplace?

soul altar = mage necessity.
elemental workshop = anti magic ore discovered and processed, that mages feared and closed down.
there is also alot of speculation that the soul altar has something to do with the mahjarrat ritual.
Think about it: Mind, body, and soul.
soul door sounds plausible. however it will not be for making soul runes.
mages feared the elemental workshop enough to forceably close it down.
why close a workshop that also housed a rc altar
Why hide the blood altar and guard it with monsters? There are many mysteries that include Runecrafting. My gut tells me the holy "life runes" will be added eventually, maybe even to the workshop?
blood altar was hidden from the vampyres that came to lay siege to the lands of hallowvale. they are digging in search of it and the location of it's inner altar. u find it merely by chance.
the rest of the altars inner locations also were hidden (cept astral) to protect them from non-mages that sought the destruction of mages and the power within the altars long ago.
