cause the 13% offa rooms only ever adds to +12% really. either a typo or a math error not major either way.

if it cuts off decimals then it shoudn't show 13% unless it's over that ie. 13.1%

it just never adds up to +13% for rooms i've seen it on every floor i've ever done it's always 1% short.
