This may sound nooby but how do you get the shields with the designs on them?
Like the one with the skull on it.

Use a shield easel in a POH at the workshop.
(Requires 41 constitution, oops I mean construction)
in your P.O.H. Get a family crest(in falador @ Sir Renitee) and paint a steel or rune shield/helm.

Sorry :p, I forgot the crests though.
