does anyone know of a good program to take screenshots thats free?

Press the 'Prt Sc' button on your keyboard. Next paste it into Paint, then crop, then save as a '.png' file.
do this: go to the screen you want to take a picd of
press fn+prt sc
go to paint
press ctrl+v
the pic SHOULD appear
save it. upload.
emphasis on CROP + .PNG btw ;)

Gadwin Printscreen free. On the source options select client window if you want to take Runescape shots.
