Whilst Dungeoneering yesterday. I found 2 doors, each said "you need a strength level of 103 to break open this door" ????? Even my friend saw it

I've also seen this. It lead me to believe that Jagex were going to cap all skills at 120 instead of 99. But The highest requirement i have seen has been 104. So it may just be that it requires you to
I see... that is possible but right now you can't get strength to 104 with potions can you?
I think if you're like 90 strength or something and you use a Super Strength then you can. But i'm not sure on what potions you can get in the dungeon so i'm not too sure.
Will it actually say "str 103" or will it just be boosted to 103 but only says 99?
the potions in the new skill's area will be all that you need for those doors at lvl 99 the lowest str potion boosts 4 lvls + 10% of ur lvl...
It's stupid that Jagex is making all these level requirements for dungeoneering. I can't dungeoneer effectively with 1820 Total. It's like a skill for only the no-lifers
