Or are you looking for a specific level clue?

For level 1's I'd check out the HAM dungeon.. Get them quick there. Then the hidden dungeon there for 2's.
I get all mine via slay though.

^ all slayer. dags drop pretty good lvl 2's tho... got ranger boots and a sara cloak from dag clues
