1 obelisk has gone active. i come back with runes for teleporting. i talk to him again and it isnt active anymore. this game is bs. also doesnt it give me 20 minutes to find it? gave me 2 seconds tbh

They activate for 20 minutes every 2 hours so I'm guessing when you talked to pikkupstix it had already been active for like 19 minutes. It's different for every wold so you can just keep hopping.
