i still dont get constitution can someone explain

Basicly they have changed the hitpoints skill into constitution (i think this is it) and they have made it x10, eg you used to hit a 10, now you hit a 100, you used to hit an 80, now 800. etc.
this is really stupid and useless then
like so stupid it stuns me.... like wtf
at first it will seem useless. however this will allow them to fine tune weapons alot more so than they previously could. and in the coming weeks to rebalance the combat triangle much further

By what it seems, you don't deal damage in groups of 10. You could hit a 43, for example, which is better than hitting a 40 (would be 4). You'll get 90% less 0s and instead hit 1-9.
Sorry for the doublepost. All that's really happening is that we can now deal fractional damage. Nothing else.
