as most long time players will tell u, new skills take a longer upload time than regular updates. which is why they made sure to put that line in that warning newspost.
i'd also expect any update next week to be rather long as well while they setup for the double xp weekend.
Yeah well technically constitution could be considered a "skill" so i was right :D
