so ive asked this before but i have a laptop that i need to reboot it (wipe everything) but theres no option to do that, someone said make a disc to do it somehow? any help is appreciated. Its Vista

You need the CD of the operating system with you. Unless you have a recovery partition. There's software out there to wipe your HD, but then you would have no OS.
i have no cd :l and i also have no idea what u are talking about...so what do u suggest?
Go to the place where you bought your laptop and ask if they can give you the recovery CD. Without it its not possible. Unless you change to another OS.
