Looks like Jagex is passing the blame on to Telstra instead of just admitting something went wrong on their end. Wonder when they posted on the forums vs when they said it was Telstra's problem?
The post on forums was right when the servers are back up. Note the date was today as well.
Apparently they claimed it as their ISP
