It's also on the sheep at Fred the Farmer's farm. It's for the F2P quests. It's on all the NPC's in every F2P quest I think.

4 (possibly 5) of the easiest f2p quests have icons and walkthroughs in game
sheep shearer, restless ghost cook's assistant and earnest the chicken
