Na, that's just someone's overall..

Pfk, after level it ranks by XP. So, just having 1906 total isn't enough, you need to be 135m+ xp OR 1907+ total. It will be 2000+ the end of this year.
hmm 200 lvls roughly between top 20k and top 1k players sounds huge
