Multilogging is such a pointless rule now because of trade limits. The only reason it was appointed a rule was because people could gather resources twice as fast. Now it's pointless, except for fun
Although you still shouldn't do it. But nothing is stopping anyone using two different computers to play, as it could be another member of the family playing. Jagex have no way to know
pretty sure it wasn't just because of drop trading since there was already a rule more specific about transferring items to another acc of yours in any way at all
