Been Fishing the past few days. Although, the price of rocktails has dropped, this is how I've done.

Not sure, hopefully going to get 99 Magic & 99 Fishing on the same day, I'm 700k from 99 Magic at the moment, so I'm not sure how long it will take, especially with school & what not.

Not sure, don't really train slayer, but from what I've heard, a lot of people train there because they drop black masks & other good items, so I suppose they are.

Unless the market has changed drastically from when I fished Rocktail, you won't be able to shift any of those raw.. not even at lowest price.
As Far as I'm aware they sell instant, because of New Quests, also there's profit to be made cooking them.
