I have a toshiba laptop running windows 7 and i was wondering if there is a way to like reboot the whole system like reset the whole thing...only one problem, no disk :l Any help is appreciated :D

I'm assuming you have system restore turned on?
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > System Restore
Choose the earliest restore point
