i got 2 questions. 1) should i get the qp cape today to tomorrow. 2) how do you get multipl skill capes?

1. Yeah go for it. There's a new quest coming out later this month, but any quest done is 1 more towards the cape.
2. Go to the skill master for your chosen skill and just buy the cape. You can't get
