Yes if you boss hunt/pvp alot.
meh all the godswords have the exact same stats its really the special attack that makes the difference in each godsword unless your looking to Pvp or go boss killing your just paying for the special.
if you've got the extra cash lying around, why not? if you don't like it, or find that you're not using it as much as you thought you would, you could always sell it back.
buying it at such a price that you can resell later and still make a nice profit (buy a few hundred thousand above medium or something)
