My guess is those are technology universities and they might use Runescape in a Java class to show what you can do with Runescape. But that's just my guess. :/
The funny thing is, is that it's called "Cape Breton University" not even "University of Cape Breton", so it's not even a typo. Lol, I wonder if they event sent the cards to the right place hehe
