When you're freezing cause you came from outside where its -5 celcius degrees,
don't take a warm shower, my toes, fingers, hand and feet went purple, and my arm pits started bleeding =s

Uh.. You've got some problems then. That's not normal. Worst thing that could happen is you pass out due to shock of temperature change, and that wouldn't cause bleeding.
Seriously, get help.

no, i didn't lift my arms before i saw it, because i put my hands behind my head,
and than i saw the blood, but it wasn't streaming, just drops of blood...

but the water was abuot 18-19 degrees, wich in normal in my shower,
i normally shower at about 20 degrees
