Is Graahk'ing nats better than using the Abyss for laws at 1 nat/law per essence?

in terms of speed, yes, i believe so, in terms of profit, probably as well, because a graah pouch is 10.2 k, and duel rings are 3.5k. where doing abyss, glories are 71.1k, and thats 17.7k per teleport
But you can recharge glories so it wipes the cost for that.
I'm not sure which is better, but I have heard there really isn't much in it at all. So much so, I think it just comes down to preference.
