in the Runescape Highscores...

There's a lot of people with the name twice for some reason.
Zezima is an example.
First its upper-case, second is lower-case.
well, i believe that some names don't exist is because it was made before namechange came out. 99887 4 is on the list, and hes impious wolf now. crazy kebbit is on the list, hes san no-eyez methinks.

I think it's just to scare people
You can still login using your old name though. Changing name just changes display name.
Jagex can do roll backs,
and has multiple computers connected to multiple bases,
and Java could never have such big holes in it, to let this happen.
if its pulled from the highscore list, that changes with your display name.
unless someone really is a l33t h4x0r and figured out a fatal flaw in the namechange system.
Just, don't believe it, it's not worth it
