it should but personally i would avoid intel graphics cards and windows 64-bit

It will but it won't be pleasant. Avoid integrated intel graphics if at all possible.

It will run RuneScape, but integrated graphics mean that it won't be particularly good.

Shane's right. I'm using it right now, bought it this summer. HD runs horribly.
