My tracker collects your stats every hour, but what are the most useful ways of it being presented to you? Daily, weekly, monthly? Or all of them? Feedback much appreciated.

i like the weekly trackers,cause im doing something different every half a week,maybe sgorter it depends.

i also like then because i usually gain quite a bit in a week and i feel accomplished =D.
