now all i need is prayer and range for 99 in all combat stats (i dont count summon as a combat stat..)

well, in my opinion, slayer should give combat levels and summoning shouldnt.

Summoning (and all other combat stats) can somehow aid you in combat, slayer can only help you fight more creatures. Hence, slayer obviously shouldn't contribute to combat level.

both should count tbh

and slayer should give bonuses for normal combat, like maybe cooler weapons or something
